The Valle Stura Dairy is a co-operative society, founded in 1956 with one goal: to bring the high quality local milk onto the table of Cuneo consumers, in the then traditional glass bottle.

After more than 50 years, the Valle Stura Dairy has been able to not only adapt itself to the changes of the Italian eating habits, but become the protagonist of it, thanks to the quality – which has never changed over time – to the constant technological evolution and a supply chain which would be an understatement to call it short.
Today the Valle Stura Dairy produces besides fresh and UHT milk, fresh and matured cheeses, butter, cream, ice cream and even meat, obtained from livestock, not bred but born and raised on the farms of the same partners.
