The Valle Stura Dairy production has expanded over time, keeping its quality intact. In the 50's only semi-matured cheese was produced in addition to fresh milk, today there is a vast range to choose from: extra fresh cheese, fresh cheese, matured cheese, cream, butter, mozzarella, yoghurt, ice cream and meat from livestock bred by the partners of the Co-operative.
