The production of Valle Stura cheese has expanded in time, maintaining its quality. In the 50's only average matured cheese was produced: but today you can choose among fresh, extra fresh, semi-matured, matured.
Fresh cheeses are: Robiola Alba bianca, Robiola Alba with chilli, Robiola Alba with truffle, Caciotta and Tomino Piemontesino.
Our cheese is produced only and exclusively from the milk of the mountain and foothill farms of our co-operative.
