The production of Valle Stura cheese has expanded in time, maintaining its quality. In the 50's only average matured cheese was produced: but today you can choose among fresh, extra fresh, semi-matured, matured.
Matured cheeses are: Demontino, Valcavera, Toma Piemontese D.O.P., Bra tenero d'alpeggio D.O.P., Fiordimonte and Vallonetto.
Our cheese is produced only and exclusively from the milk of the mountain and foothill farms of our co-operative.
