Valle Stura milk is produced only from livestock from mountain and foothill farms of the partners, in the Stura, Maira and Grana valleys. Good grass fresh air make it unmistakable and of high quality. The fresh milk, first production of the dairy,is available in the following lines: High Quality whole milk, whole, semi-skimmed in 1lt and 500ml cartons.
3b milk (Bontà e Benessere di Bianca) is a Valle Stura exclusive project and is milked, only and exclusively from the native "Bianca Piemontese" cows, that live in the mountain areas of the Cuneo province, mainly feeding on grass and forage. You can taste pure nature in the genuine and authentic 3B pasteurized whole milk.
