The production of Valle Stura cheese has expanded in time, maintaining its quality. In the 50's only average matured cheese was produced: but today you can choose among fresh, extra fresh, semi-matured, matured and mozzarella.
Mozzarella made from cow's milk, without preservatives, is available in the 125g "bocconcini" version and 1000g version for pizza.
Our cheese is produced only and exclusively from the milk of the mountain and foothill farms of our co-operative.
