The Valle Stura plant is in Demonte, framed by overshadowing mountains and protected by the numerous valleys. Quality, technology and tradition come together here, where milk that has just been milked, arrives directly from the farms of the partners and is processed immediately. The first step is pasteurization, through which every microbe that is harmful to humans is eliminated, without changing the properties of the milk. Straight after the milk is homogenized, to avoid separating, therefore remaining unchanged from the first to the last glass of the carton.
The plant meets the strict hygiene-health rules which also apply to the transport of the milk and subsequent delivery to the point of sale. Every step of the "Cold chain" is observed, so that the characteristics of the milk remain unchanged, just as the best packaging is chosen, that protects the product from external light, both direct and indirect.
Moreover, thanks to continuous technological research, the plant was enriched in 2007 by a new complex for the production of ice cream. Valle Stura milk may be consumed without boiling, to discover daily, the pleasure of authenticity.
